SHIPPING POLICY
FULFILLMENT OF IN-STOCK ITEMS GENERALLY TAKES 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS
We process orders Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
There are occasions where a product may be out of stock or discontinued. If this is the case and we are unable to fill your order in a timely manner, a representative will contact you to resolve the issue.
WE CANNOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIME ONCE AN ORDER IS SHIPPED
Unfortunately, since the onset of COVID-19, shipping providers face many challenges. In most cases orders arrive in a timely manner, but others have experienced significant delays. When your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number. In the case that you do not see an update to your tracking, please contact the shipping provider first as they are able to provide detailed information. Once you’ve contacted the carrier, our support team will be happy to work with you to ensure proper delivery.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Processing
All orders have a processing time of 24-72 hours regardless of shipping method selected. Domestic orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. All transit times are in business days (Monday-Friday).
USPS, FedEx and UPS orders confirmations received between Saturday-Sunday, those packages will not leave our warehouse until the following business day.
Please Note: We do not process orders on all major holidays or government observed holidays. Your order will continue processing the following business day. All shipping time frames are counted in business days.
EXPEDITED ORDERS
Next Day, 2 Day & 3 Day Shipments must be placed by 1:00pm EST to guarantee same day shipping. Orders with “Custom Order” line items are exempt. Orders containing these items will be held until the units are produced.
INTERNATIONAL & SHIPPING TO CANADA
Brokerage fees, taxes and duty imposed by customs in your country cannot be accurately estimated. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
USPS (UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE)
USPS orders are processed Monday-Saturday. All shipping methods are in business days (Monday-Friday).
APO/DPO/FPO/Other Military Addresses may take up to 14 Days in transit.
Due to the high volume of packages that USPS receives, please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for several days. Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached your local USPS sorting facility, transit location, or post office. While USPS offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur.

ORDER TRACKING
While we strive to offer the most expedient and reliable service, Threds, Threds, Inc. Threds.com and its subsidiaries do not and cannot guarantee transit and delivery times. Once your order is processed, your tracking number will be sent to the email address specified on your account.
LOST AND UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Threds, Inc and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. Threds, Inc. And threds.com strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update.
Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. Threds, Inc is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions entered by the user.
STANDARD TRANSIT TIMES
Only business days (Monday - Friday) are calculated in shipping estimates. Standard Ground shipments are 7-10 days transit time.
FREE & ECONOMY SHIPPING
Please allow 4-10 days transit time. Available in the Continental US only.
For economy to Canada, allow 8-12 business days. For standard to Canada, please allow 7-10 business days.
